In order to become a Certified Security Guard, you must complete an 8 Hour Pre-Assignment Course. Within 90 days of employment the Guard must complete a 16 Hr On The Job Training. Over 85% of companies are only hiring people that have their 8 Hour and 16 Hour Training Certificates.
